My name is Andrew, I will be running this website. Some of you might know me from Geekpedia.com, and I'm looking to make DevPub to webmasters what Geekpedia is to software developers.

This is the first post in what I'm sure will be an active, friendly community of web developers. Feel free to post your comments and suggestions!

Nevermind i just noticed the article posting part is finished. A lot of categories are missing though....?

You're right, not all the categories are in yet. You could email me the articles and I'll post them under your account, or you can wait a few more days till I get the whole website going.

The forum's looking great. Is it phpbb3? The website looks like it's custom made. Is that so?

The website is built from scratch (layout and code), while the forums use the latest version of phpbb3, so you got it right
